Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a refund.

Only items which match the item in our store, unopened and unworn (hygienic reasons due to the nature of our store products), and with visible issues will be accepted for refund. If you would like to receive a refund, please contact us at with a picture and a clear description of the issue with the product. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a refund of the product price at the point of purchase. Please be aware that we will not be able to issue refunds for articles on sale.
